If you want to exchange an item for a different size, please go to the return portal. You can indicate per item if you want to exchange the item and for what size. It's only possible to exchange for another size, when the preferred size is in stock. Once your return is delivered at our warehouse, the exchange will be processed within 10 days. You'll receive an email with tracking information when the package is shipped.

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it for return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery. 
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• The order must be returned in the original packaging with all labels still attached. 
• The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
• Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be accepted for return.
• Returns outside the return period of 14 days will not be accepted for refund.
• We can not be held responsible for any problems after washing your item. Please always follow the washing instructions.
• Earrings may not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
