How do I take care of my clothing items?
All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label
What clothing size should I get?
Most of our items have an oversized fit, however fits can always chance a little per item. Therefore, we recommend you take a look at the product page of the item you're interested in for specific sizing information.
Do you restock sold out items?
We're sorry that the item that you are interested in is out of stock. Occasionally, depending on the style, items and sizes are restocked. On the product page, you can subscribe yourself to get notified when your item is back in stock. Follow @naetur on Instagram and/or sign up for our newsletter to get updated.
What material is your jewelry made of?
All our jewelry is 100% stainless steel, 100% nickel-free and 100% cadmium free.
How to care my jewelry with strass stones?
Please treat them gently to give your strass jewelry the longest, happiest life. We recommend taking off your strass jewelry before showering or swimming for the longest lasting finish of your sparkly piece.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
I didn't receive an order confirmation. Why not?
It can take up to 3 hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox.
If the payment has been processed and you haven’t received aconfirmation email after 3 hours, please get in touch with us via customercare@naetur.com
Can I cancel my order?
Once we receive your order, we will send it immediately to our warehouse for shipment. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel your order after you have confirmed your purchase.
What is the status of my order?
Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping cost depends on the country and the shipping method. At the check-out shipping cost will be calculated. You'll have an option to pick between multiple couriers with different costs.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Delivery time depends on the country and the shipping method. At the check-out you'll have an option to pick between multiple couriers with the expected delivery time.
Average delivery time per zone
1. The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
2. EU: 2-6 working days
3. Rest of world: 4-12 days
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
If you place an order outside the EU, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no customs charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
To return or exchange items, please follow these steps described in our exchange and returns portal or read more about returns here. Please note that orders must be returned within 14 days after delivery. All items must be unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.
Can I exchange an item?
We are happy to offer exchanges. Please be aware that all applicable return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days after the delivery.
In addition, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your refund within 10 business days after receiving your return. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we process your return. For some payment methods, the refund process may take up to 14 days after we process your return.
What should I do if I've received a damaged item?
All orders are handled carefully and inspected before shipment. However, if one of your items is defect, please contact us on customercare@naetur.com within 72 hours after delivery of the order. Please include your order number, a description of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.
What are the costs of a return shipment?
The costs of a return depends on the shipping company and country that you ship it from. Visit our return portal to start your return and create a return label. After sending your return, please hold on to the tracking code of your return until your return is processed. We cannot be held liable for missing items during shipping process.
Please note that return shipments are at your own expense.
