What material is your jewelry made of?

All our jewelry is 100% stainless steel, 100% nickel-free and 100% cadmium free.

How to care my jewelry with strass stones?

Please treat them gently to give your strass jewelry the longest, happiest life. We recommend taking off your strass jewelry before showering or swimming for the longest lasting finish of your sparkly piece.

Will sold out items be restocked?

Not all of our items will get restocked. Follow @naetur on Instagram or/and sign up for our newsletter to get updated.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

Does the delivery time change during the holidays?

We’ll do the best we can to send everything as quickly as possible, but unfortunately due to the rush at the post offices it incidentally happens that packages are delayed. If you need more information about the delivery times, please contact us at [email protected]

Am I supposed to get a confirmation email?

Once you place your order, you should have received a confirmation mail automatically. If you don’t received one, please contact us at [email protected] with your order name so we can help you.

When will I receive my tracking link?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipment e-mail containing a tracking code that you can use to track your order. 

Shipping period after receiving your confirmation email:
Within The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
European orders: 3-8 working days
Intercontinental orders: 3-12 working days

What payment method can I use?

We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Bancontant/Mister Cash.

Where can I redeem my discount code?
  1. Add your favorite pieces to the shopping cart. 
  2. Click on the cart icon at the top right and after that click on “view cart”. 
  3. Below the “Proceed to check-out” button you can find the place to redeem your code. 
Returns
Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days. We have enclosed our return instructions and return form with your order. Please follow all the steps of the return instructions. Please note that earrings may not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic purposes.

How can I return my order?

Replace the item(s) including the completed return form in the original packaging. We can’t take responsibility if the items don’t arrive. We advise you to send the package with a tracking link.

What is the return period?

Please return your order within 14 days.

What are the return costs?

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices. Exchanges shipped back to you are free of charge.

What are the warranty conditions

We provide an 8 weeks warranty on all our products. Please contact our customer service by sending an email with your order number to [email protected].

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

If your item is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 72 hours from date of receipt.
